Chicago
My Kind of Town
I think everyone I have ever met has asked me, "where are you from?".
With pride, shoulders back and head held high ... "CHICAGO".
Chicago is not just where I am from though. It is who I am.

Chicago is not your average big US city. It is a place full of friendly people, clean tree-lined streets, full of history and culture, and some of the best food you will ever eat.
Living in Florida has been different. It has made me so appreciative of where I grew up.
In Chicago, after, at that time, 35 years of living there, I could still wake up each day and find something to do that I had never experienced before. I love that about Chicago. A quote I always loved that really rings true "For Chicago, she is always a novelty, for she is never the Chicago you saw when you passed through the last time." - Mark Twain

Of everyone that has ever asked me where I'm from, they usually follow up with wanting to know my must do's in the Windy City and so I have compiled a list of my favorites.
