Kristina Lila, founder of the Modern Organic Life, offers experiences of Modern Wellness to the Organically Rooted. Nutrition and Health Coaching services are offered to those seeking balance through learning and implementing health forward living practices. Her guidance has helped hundreds of clients turn their Health into Habit, and that has become her business motto over the last decade.
 
At the Modern Organic Life, Chef Kristina utilizes nutrition and healing foods at the forefront of all her practices. Chef-curated meals and healthy desserts are available for in-house preparation, meal delivery, and travel-based chef experiences. 
 
She has professionally prepared meals and desserts for private individuals, families, as well as Professional organizations such as, the Atlanta Hawks, Miami Hurricanes, Miami Dolphins, Denver Nuggets, Chicago Bears, and the Miami Heat.

Kristina has been a guest speaker on panels throughout the USA, she has been interviewed on podcasts such as "Until It's Done", and has spoken with teen and youth groups, schools, and youth sports organizations throughout south Florida on the importance of holistic wellness and self-awareness.

In 2012, her passion for wellness opened the doors for her in the world of "clean beauty", where she has been a practicing Licensed Aesthetician for over 13 years. She has degrees in both Medical and Holistic Aesthetics.

Her educational background from Columbia College Chicago, Tru University Chicago, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, incorporated with her experience as a Healing Foods Chef, has allowed Kristina to reach clients on both a personal and professional level.​

With many health coaches in practice, Kristina offers a unique individualized experience through her coaching techniques and knowledge in holistic living, with plans to suit everyone's financial ability.  She believes living a healthy, happy, balanced life should be accessible and attainable for all.  ​
