Kristina Lila's holistic services are offered to those seeking balance through learning and implementing health forward living practices.  

 

As a Chef, Kristina has professionally prepared meals and desserts for private individuals, families, as well as Professional organizations such as, the Atlanta Hawks, Miami Hurricanes, Miami Dolphins, Denver Nuggets, Chicago Bears, and the Miami Heat. 

 

She has a special interest in supporting mothers and families, by introducing them to a non-toxic lifestyle and supporting them through nutrition, mindfulness & fitness.

 

Kristina has been a guest speaker on panels throughout the USA, she has been interviewed on podcasts such as "Until It's Done"and "I Need More from You with Dr. Kristin Oakes" and has spoken through teen and youth groups, schools, and  sports organizations throughout south Florida on the importance of holistic wellness and self-awareness.

In 2012, her passion for wellness opened the doors for her in the world of "clean beauty", where she has been a practicing Licensed Aesthetician for over 14 years. She has degrees in both Medical and Holistic Aesthetics.

Her educational background from Columbia College Chicago, Tru University Chicago, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, incorporated with her experience as a Healing Foods Chef, has allowed Kristina to reach clients on both a personal and professional level.​

 

Personally, Kristina, is a mother of one daughter, is a born and raised Chicagoan, who now resides in the Sunshine State, where wellness is the focus of daily life.  Her passion grew for alternative medicine and holistic wellness throughout the last two decades, receiving numerous educational and hands on trainings, licenses and certifications, she has been sharing her offerings, experience and knowledge to clients since 2013.
